I want to share a great 5-minute exercise to help you balance your brain and open your heart!

You will feel your heart opening, your nervous system relax and peace will fill your body and your energy field. This reprograms the nervous system and balances the vagus nerve.
1. Sit tall in a chair with your feet on the floor or earth.
2. Place both your hands on your heart.
3. Close your eyes.
4. Take a few deep breaths in through your nose and into your heart area picturing your actual heart expanding (see the organ itself getting bigger and bigger allowing more love, peace, joy, and harmony).
5. Continue the rhythmic breathing expanding your heart.
6. Do this 5 minutes a day and feel the deeper love, connection to God and peace.
7. Finally, jot down the changes that occur in your journal.
8. Do this for 21 days and notice the changes in your body and brain.
