Gifts of Compassion: Empowering Lives Worldwide with Joyce Stech

With everything going on in the world right now, we are all working to help out in the best way we can. I am bringing my friend, Joyce Stech, back to the podcast this week as she works closely with several spiritual teachers and healers in the Middle East.

We teamed up recently to share some powerful healing techniques and tools with that group and we wanted to spread the love and share with you all too. One of the attendees shared that she felt joy after our session – something she thought she would never feel again. Even in the midst of what’s happening, there is hope.

Inside this episode:

  • 4-minute brain hacks that you can use to release anger, overwhelm, stress, grief and many other emotions
  • The power of co-creating with others in your field and why it’s so important to share your gifts with the world
  • The empowering impact of these healing tools on children
  • Aligning the brain and soul for more harmony and balance in life
  • The connection between intention and manifestation
  • Why morning routines and gratitude are so important to our well-being

It was such a gift to be with the community from the Middle East. I encourage you all to send them positive, healing energy as they are experiencing such a tragic time right now. And I hope you all find these tools to be a source of empowerment and joy, too.
