And we’re also connected to God. It’s true. How often have you spoken aloud to yourself after a minor injury or scrape from danger?
We tell our body after stubbing our toe, “Hey, I’m not going to get a bruise. I don’t want to see a bruise there.” and the bruising is limited or nonexistent.
Or you see a car driving erratically on the road and you say “You’re not going to hit me” as you skillfully avoid being side-swiped. That’s your higher power. That’s your internal connection to God.
