When we release the emotions and burdens built up around these experiences she cried, and for the first time since age 12 she allowed herself to “feel” this pain. After this clearing her heart opened up and her life changed, yes, in the moment. I just love these kinds of transformation! We then peeled away more layers and Debra became lighter and lighter before my eyes!
